Dr Giovanna Fullin is Associate Professor in Economic Sociology at the University of Milan-Bicocca. She holds a Degree in Economics and a Phd in Economic Sociology. Her main interests cover the labour market structure and trends, with focus on immigrants, non-standard jobs, work conditions in the service sector.

She participated in several international research projects on migrations issues. Recently, together with Emilio Reyneri, she coordinated two international research groups on integration of immigrants in the labour market (part of Network of Excellence EQUALSOC, funded by the European Union’s Sixth Framework) and was guest editor of two special issues on migration in the International Migration and International Journal of Comparative Sociology.
