Dr Ivana Fellini is Assistant Professor in Economic Sociology at the University of Milan-Bicocca. Degree in Economics and a Phd in Sociology and Social Research, her main interests cover the labour market and employment structure and trends, with a special focus on immigration, gender and flexibility issues. She participated in several research and evaluation activities in the field of labour policy both for the EC and the European Parliament, and for national and regional institutions. She also participated in national and international projects on migration and mobility issues (The political economy of migration in an integration Europe – PEMINT – TSER-EC 2001-2004).
